În plină criză economică, comerțul online crește moderat

La începutul anului, câștigătorii necontestați ai crizei păreau retailerii online. Asta pentru că mai toți se lansau în estimări de creșteri la care mulți nu visau nici înainte de criză. Dar cât de realiste s‑au dovedit a fi acele previziuni?

În e‑commerce, «e» contează doar în proporție de maxim 15%. Restul este marketing, comerț și bun simț“, scria, anul trecut, pe blogul său, Mădălin Matica, reprezentantul DotCommerce în România, un integrator de plăți online. Matica pornise de la o cercetare realizată de E Invest Marketing România, una dintre primele agenții de marketing exclusiv online apărute la noi, din care reieșea că 78% dintre femei au încredere în tranzacționarea pe Internet, ceea ce înseamnă că, în cazul femeilor cel puțin, mitul conform căruia comerțul online nu este la fel de dezvoltat ca în alte țări europene din cauza insecurității unor astfel de tranzacții nu are corespondent în realitate.

Acest lucru ar putea sugera că altele sunt cauzele „subdezvoltării“ acestui tip de business. „În România există peste 1.700 de magazine online, dar maxim 100 dintre acestea sunt într‑adevăr magazine care respectă standarde minime pentru un magazin online de succes“, spune Alexandru Cîrcei, CEO Copimaj, din care face parte magazinul online liveMag.ro, care a luat trei premii la Gala Premiilor eCommerce, (festivitatea a avut loc în noiembrie anul acesta și a fost organizată de Link2 eCommerce, un site de profil – n.r.), printre care și premiul pentru cel mai bun magazin start‑up din acest sector în 2009.

CREȘTERE MODERATĂ. Explicațiile pentru un succes limitat ar fi, în opinia lui Matica, managementul de stoc defectuos, servicii de relații cu clienții proaste, servicii de curierat uneori lamentabile, neînțelegerea dorințelor cumpărătorilor și lipsa unor studii de piață clare și peste care s‑a mai adăugat o problemă care a „contaminat“ întreaga economie mondială: criza financiară.

Cu toate acestea, comerțul online este într‑o continuă creștere, tendință care se va mai menține câțiva ani buni, în condițiile în care, din peste cei 7,5 milioane de utilizatori de Internet din România (rata de penetrare fiind de 36% în 2008), doar jumătate fac achiziții online, potrivit unui studiu realizat de compania de cercetare Gemius în parteneriat cu Orange, la sfârșitul anului trecut.
